For stands and trade fairs

Panels and gloss floors.

The walls and the floor of your stand, in the same colour and with the same gloss.

The walls of the stand

Panels.

The walls of the stand are panels. We mass-produce them: honeycomb core, lacquered on both sides, gloss or matt, in the colour you ask for.

Mass-produced. Pick the size.

We mass-produce the panels, always in these sizes. That way the stand builder knows from the start which panels exist and designs the stand's walls around them.

Standard freestanding walls

Length from 2,500 to 5,000 mm and width of 500 or 1,000 mm. Thickness 60, 70/100 or 150/200 mm.

Need another size? It can be made too, even a single piece.

How the panels join.

Each panel has a timber frame with a groove along its edge. Metal connectors slide into that groove and link one panel to the next.

On walls too

The 1 × 1 m tiles can be fitted vertically to clad walls, with the same gloss as the floor.

Printed

They can be printed with whatever you need: your brand's logos, text and photos, or a marble from the digital print catalogue, such as Statuario or Calacatta.

Any colour you want. Gloss or matt.

These aren't renders: they're real stands built with these tiles. The lacquer is done in your brand's colour.

What does Bfl-s1 mean?

It's the grade the European standard gives to how a floor behaves in a fire.

Bfl
The letter is how it burns. Above B there are only the A classes, which are mineral materials such as stone or ceramics.
fl
It stands for «floor»: it's the scale for floors, not for walls.
s1
Smoke. s1 is the best grade: it barely gives off any.

The paperwork

  • CE marking · Declaration of Performance 002/CPR/2024

10 and 18 mm floor tile. Use: indoor flooring, including public transport premises.

  • Type examination certificates DE/7459 and DE/7460

Standard EN 14342:2013. Tests by the notified laboratory CSI S.p.A. (no. 0568). Valid until 23/01/2029.

Floor

It slots together. No screws.

Each tile has a groove on all four sides. A strip of MDF, the spline, goes between one tile and the next, and they lock together.

  1. 1

    They arrive protected

Every tile comes with a film that's peeled off once all the work is done. You don't need to lift it to work.

  2. 2

    They slot together

The tiles have a groove on all four sides. An MDF spline goes between one tile and the next.

  3. 3

    Three pieces per side

The usual way is to break each spline into three: two near the corners and one in the middle.

  4. 4

    Peel off the film

With the stand finished, the film comes off and the gloss is untouched. For up to six months it peels off without leaving a trace.

Four factories in Italy

The group produces in Modena, Zoppola, Chiarano and Prata, with the whole process in-house: from sawmill to lacquer.

Any size, even a single piece

No minimum order. If the stand needs a panel in an odd size, that's the one that gets made.

Stock in Spain, installed by us

We have material available in Spain, so there's no waiting for it to cross the border. And we install it ourselves.

Why this manufacturer

  • Floor and walls, same lacquer

The manufacturer designs the walls to match the floor. The stand reads as one single piece.

  • Paperwork the venue will accept

CE marking with a Declaration of Performance and a fire certificate from a notified laboratory.

  • FSC-certified wood

The group is a member of CATAS, the Italian furniture testing centre, and works with certified wood.

  • Delivery inside the venue

The material can be delivered straight to the hall, not to a warehouse.
